Electrorep is the entity responsible for the processing of personal data and permanently undertakes the public commitment to act in accordance with the applicable national and Community legislation in force.

Our clients’ personal data are processed exclusively because they are necessary for quote preparation, signing and execution of contracts, management of deliveries and follow-up of orders, post-sales service, fulfilment of legal obligations or because it has been consented.

The personal data provided by clients or generated by the use of services or the acquisition of goods shall be processed and stored electronically and are intended to be used by the Electrorep website for: marketing and sales, client management, accounting, tax and administrative management, litigation management and, overall, compliance with general obligations.

Electrorep may use subcontracted entities for the processing of personal data, namely, for promotional campaigns, marketing, customer account management, invoicing, transport of goods, delivery and post-sales service, accounting, litigation management, payroll processing, occupational health and safety services, among others, with these entities being obliged to develop data protection measures and ensure the defence of the rights of the data subjects.
